MARLBOROUGH ARTIFICIAL SURFACE REPLACEMENT

Project: Detailed feasibility study incorporating three main stakeholders (Marlborough District Council, Marlborough Boys’ College and the Marlborough Hockey Association), investigating the likely sand turf replacement costs and other options available. Also included a holistic assessment of development options for the park as a whole.

Project: Simultaneous development of two side-by-side international standard water turfs in Invercargill.

SUNNYVALE SPORTS CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT

Project: : Major upgrade and redevelopment of Dunedin’s Sunnyvale Sports Centre (original building constructed in 1974). Proposed redevelopment to include doubles squash court, resurfaced gymnasium, upgraded entrance, new lounge space, kitchen, bar and office space (potentially incorporating Squash Otago and Soccer South).

GREENMEADOWS SPORTS PAVILION & RECREATION AREA

Project: Feasibility review and impartial research for the upgrade of public toilets and shared sports pavilion facilities on Greenmeadows

Client: Nelson City Council

Services: Feasibility study including, focus groups and a comprehensive survey of public, local residents and the three major sports using the facility. Stakeholder discussions, user numbers projections, redevelopment options and preliminary pricings were also an essential part of this process.

SELWYN COLLEGE REDEVELOPMENT

Project: Feasibility study and development options for one of Dunedin’s most renowned student residences.

Client: Selwyn College Dunedin

Services: Feasibility study for the potential expansion of the college to accommodate additional postgraduate students and the redevelopment or replacement of a number of existing buildings. Feasibility included detailed research into culture, student and staff requirements, areas in most need of improvement, multiple development options and financial modelling.
