Payment options

We offer a range of payment options in order to ensure you get the help and advice you need, when you need it.

> Payment 

Our standard terms are for payments to be made within 20 days of invoice.  We offer discounts for 100% payments made in advance of work beginning.  For clients whom it suits to pay 50% in advance of work beginning, we will accept the balance on the completion of the work.

Other payments can be made in full on the conclusion of work or as progress payments:

Direct Credit / Bank transfer / deposit
Account Details: Impact Consulting & Accounting Ltd, ASB, 12-3150-0084696-00, please enter your surname and invoice number as payment reference details.

Cash or Cheque
Cheques should be payable to Impact Consulting and Accounting Ltd and can be posted to PO Box 1386, Dunedin 9054. Alternatively you are welcome to visit our office on the 8th Floor of John Wickliffe House, 265 Princes Street (opposite the old post office and Dunedin Casino).

Automatic payment
These can be organised for those clients with a monthly fee payment arrangement.

Fee Smart 
This option allows you to financing payments over a six or twelve month period at competitive interest rates. Excellent if cash flow is a bit tight at present. Contact the team for more info on this option.

Credit Card
Visa or MasterCard payments are accepted via our secure online payment facility. Please follow the link below to pay via this method. Use your surname and invoice number as reference.
