
Lindsay Dey, CA
Managing Director
Lindsay is a big picture thinker with considerable experience in multiple fields.
His passion for sport (including running, triathlon, multi-sport and cycling) has led him to International level competition and coaching of numerous successful athletes.
Lindsay’s involvement in community projects include, financial controller for Dunedin’s Edgar Centre, Moana Pool Redevelopment & Rotary, a pivotal role in the formation of Sport Otago and behind the scenes work in Dunedin’s bid for the South Island High Performance Centre, to name but a few.
Lindsay’s professional resume includes over 25 years accounting, consulting and management experience, as well as 10 years involvement in tertiary business education administration. He has served as Chairman of Horwath International Training, Executive Director of Sports Medicine NZ and 6 years as Chairman of Sport Otago.
With in-depth knowledge in multiple fields, a wide ranging skill base, plus financial and leadership abilities, Lindsay is a key player in the Impact Consulting team.
Beth Frei
PA and Client Services Administrator
Beth is an organised and efficient individual whose skill set extends well beyond the stereotypical receptionist. Her role in delivering value added services for our clients and ensuring the targeted results are gained is essential to the team.
Outside of the office Beth is mum to two and enjoys tramping and outdoor sports, such as, climbing and snowboarding.

Mike Sinclair
Senior Accountant
Mike is an experienced Accountant who has been employed in various accounting and administrative roles including being the Administration Officer for the Royal Visit of Charles and Diana in 1983. He has experience in payroll, accounting systems and tax advisory roles. He is responsible for ensuring our computer system functions efficiently which makes him technically savvy.
For recreation Mike is plays indoor bowls and croquet. He is currently Treasurer for the Otago Parkinson's Society and a national board member for Parkinsons NZ.

Cath Bowden
Business Manager
Cath keeps us and our clients on our toes, so business runs smoothly. She comes from a background of Economics, Politics and Teaching, bringing a unique range of skills to the team.
Out of the office Cath is a keen sailor and gardener.

Laurinda Ferreira
Accountant
Laurinda is proactive and client focused. Originally from South Africa, Laurinda's CV includes experience in a number of fields including HR and recruitment. She is efficient at problem solving for clients and easy to deal with. Laurinda is currently studying towards her BCom Accounting degree. She enjoys taking on new challenges and aims to fulfil all of her clients' business needs.
Out of the office she is likely to found walking her dog, at the gym or spending time with friends.

Allison English
Accountant
Allison is a logical thinker and has been with the Impact Consulting and Accounting team for a number of years. After having trained as a Chartered Accountant and working for a period Allison took time out to raise her family. Family are still an important element of life and she treats her clients with similar care.
Out of the office Allison is likely to be found supporting her kids in one of their many sporting endeavours, be it surf lifesaving, tennis or athletics.

Joshua Bruce
Consultant
Josh is an innovative thinker with a broad range of skills in design, marketing, research, strategy and project planning. Having worked in several industries including tourism, construction and as a volunteer youth worker, he is easily able to adapt to new projects and identify new opportunities for innovation whatever your requirements may be.
Since joining the Impact team, Josh has been co-ordinator of several projects from marketing to feasibility reviews. He has a strong client focus, is naturally easy to work with and ensures the best outcome for your projects.
Josh is a keen recreational sportsman and adventure seeker, getting involved in everything from tramping and kayaking, to rugby and windsurfing.

Neil Lyons
Construction Consultant
Neil is an asset to the Impact Consulting team with considerable experience in property and construction. Neil has over 35 years experience in the industry, in roles including, design and contract manager, project manager and development planner for companies such as Fletcher Construction, Arrow International as well as setting up his own consultancy business.
Neil’s skills range from feasibility assessment and project planning to design facilitation, cost control and construction management. His significant experience includes the co-ordinating and project management of numerous multi-million dollar projects and involvement in all stages of development from resource consent to construction.
Neil is also a keen all-round sportsman and a member of the Dunedin Rotary Club.

Jamie Lyons
Project Manager
Jamie’s experience also includes sales and international relocations in both Sydney & London. He has an approachable nature, attention to detail and is a committed sportsman.
Jamie is a methodical thinker whose organised and efficient approach ensures your project is successful.
With education in both project management and marketing, Jamie’s skill base fits extremely well with his role as facilitator of our turn-key project management services. His efficient, structured and professional approach to his work delivers results for clients, including successful co-ordination and project management of multiple research, strategy and construction projects.
Along with Impact Consulting projects, Jamie also runs a complementary Property Development and Property Consulting business.

Clare Dorking
Marketing Consultant
Clare is a creative thinker with both marketing and human resource management skills. Among her many past professional roles are 10 years secondary teaching experience, 6 and a half years managing a hostel with a staff of 25, manager of a commercial factory with staff of 30, seven years as marketing manager for a professional theatre, as well as running her own top end catering company and a consultancy business.
Clare has many international ties, both through her 7 years as a board (and marketing committee) member for Save the Children, and her role as IBA (International Business Academy) NZ and Pacific Regional Co-ordinator.
With good listening skills and an interest in how teams work, Clare has much knowledge to contribute to both Impact Consulting and your team.
